YouTuber and gamer Elliott Watkins spends $9.1 million in Tamarama

The 26 year old gamer Elliott Watkins, one of Australia's biggest gaming personalities, has spent $9,125,000 in Tamarama.

It was the first time in nearly four decades the home traded having been long owned by the cinematographer Peter James.

The three bed home was designed by Peter Stronach of architecture firm Allen Jack+Cottier on its 580 sqm Thompson Street block.

It has a pool, library, lower level lounge, study and cellar.

Watkins will be moving from Pyrmont where he spent $3.65 million in 2017. 

Watkins known in the gaming world as Muselk, started Click Management with his sister Grace in 2017. They represent some of the country's biggest gamers.

Elliott started his YouTube channel in 2014 and dropped his commerce and law degree to pursue YouTube full-time. He is one of Australia's highest profile gaming YouTubers with over nine million subscribers.

His videos are viewed one million times a day.

Watkins gamer and YouTuber mate Lannan Eacott recently broke the Clovelly house price record with a $9.9 million buy.
