$70m residential site for sale in Victoria's Wyndham Vale

A 115 hectare residential development site in Victoria's Wyndham Vale is on the market for around $70 million through Savills.

The site, 974 Black Forest Road Wyndham Vale, known as Black Forest Estate, has the potential for 1250 plus lots.
 
The site is part of the 500 hectare Black Forest Road North Precinct Structure Plan.
 
The approved Structure Plan and draft master plan outline future developments including 25,00sqm of retail, commercial and medium and high density uses, a proposed $10 million community centre, a private school and parklands and a reserve.
 
The town centre is to slated to be 8.3 hectares, mixed use commercial at 15.88 ha, the community centre at 1.5h, private school 6.81ha, local parks and reserve at 7.08 ha.
 
It is for sale by expression of interest through Savills' Julian Heatherich and Clinton Baxter and closes Thursday 6 October at 2pm.
