The former Curl Curl North home of Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Walls has resold for more than $5.2 million.

The three-level, 694-square metre private pad sold over the weekend at more than $1 million above the $4.1 million that the celebrity couple secured in 2014.

Hawkins and Walls had bought the property when it was just a tennis court in 2010 for $1.375 million and, after building with renowned architect Koichi Takada sold to mining executive Elizabeth Gaines and her partner Kevin Manuel.

It sold to a Northern Beaches family with two teenage children through Brendan Pomponio of Belle Property Dee Why, The Daily Telegraph reported.
