Cricketer Mitchell Starc is set to list his Mosman home as like the rest of the test team he's taken to upgrading their trophy homes.

Starc was terrorising the South Africans on the first day of the Perth test when his representatives bought the North Curl Curl home of Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall.

The luxury new build home cost the 26 year old Baulkham Hills-born fast bowler a bullish $5,235,000.

Word leaked out of his purchase via the ABC Radio's commentary team on day two of the test.

Designed by architect Koichi Takada, the five bedroom, three bathroom home had a resort style open plan living space that flows on to an alfresco dining area with views over the Lagoon and Ocean to North Head and Manly.

A luxurious outdoor seating area accompanies the infinity pool.

The interiors came with the predictably huge walk in wardrobe, which is large enough to act as a corridor to the master suite's bathroom.

The former Miss Universe and husband Jake, a builder by trade, paid $1.66 million in 2013 for the building block. Now he's set to listed his Mosman home.

Starc will now list his Mosman home.

It was bought for $4.55 million in 2014 with his Breakfast Point pad fetching $1,275,000.

Starc and his now wife, cricketer Alyssa had paid $960,000 in 2012.
