Located within just 30 kilometres of the Melbourne CBD, the latest master planned Victorian developments are some of the most sought after in Melbourne.
These five new developments located across five different master planned communities highlight some of the best on offer across a range of apartments, townhouses and houses.
With prices ranging as low as $396,800 to just shy of $1 million, some of these developments even take eco-living to new levels.
Every development on this list is set to be completed in the next two years with limited spaces still available.
1. Lincoln Apartments
100 Overton Road, Williams Landing VIC 3027
Located in the heart of Williams Landing town centre, a master planned community West of Melbourne's CBD, Lincoln Apartments is a 69 residence development.
Surrounded by parks, shops and transport connections Lincoln Apartments has been developed by Cedar Woods.
DKO Architecture designed the five storey building includes a series of strong framing elements juxtaposed against refined detailing around the openings and recessed elements. The entry is celebrated by sculptural awning elements which form a shelter around the lobby.

2. Tullamore
59 Stables Circuit, Doncaster VIC 3108
Now under construction, the latest development at the Tullamore master planned community, Folia offers a collection of one, two and three bedroom residences, garden terraces and grand penthouses.
It is a solely Mirvac project within the Mirvac master-planned community with the design, development and construction all managed by Mirvac.
Folia draws on the landscaping, design and architecture that define the world of Tullamore. The building features a curved façade and sweeping views.
Folia is enhanced by greenery fringed balconies, a rooftop conservatory and a kitchen garden.
Located only 16km from Melbourne’s CBD, and set within the picturesque grounds of Tullamore, one-bedroom Folia apartments are available at prices starting from $400,000.
The two-bedroom garden terraces are priced at $580,000 while the three bedroom penthouses are listed for $995,000. It is set for completion in April 2021.
3. Waterlea
1 Emmeline Row, Rowville VIC 3178

Aster Apartments is the final residential release within Cedar Woods' new up-and-coming community, Jackson Green, in Melbourne's Clayton South. Recently we were invited to take a tour of the display suite to get an idea of the brand new collection of residences now available for sale.

5. Burwood Brickworks

The sellout apartment development in Frasers Property Australia’s landmark Burwood Brickworks community in Melbourne’s east, the Plaza Garden apartments have proven very popular and were selling out years ahead of schedule.
Most units in the four apartment buildings have already sold out including the 70 residences in the Plaza Garden Apartment building.
