Brisbane's weekend clearance rate sat at 50 percent.

Its top weekend sale was a five bedroom Teneriffe offering, Riverview that fetched $4,405,000.

There were seven registered bidders at the Sunday afternoon auction through McGrath agent Henry Hodge.

It last sold in 2007 at $3.4 million.

The Teneriffe Drive home was on a 700 sq m holding.

It was Teneriffe’s highest sale for a non-riverfront property in the past 12 years, Hodge said.

Nearby 61 Teneriffe Drive sold at $4.6 million in 2006.
