Lucy Cole Prestige Properties agents Nick Cole and Rebecca Moffrey have sold a Benowa Waters mansion for $4.1 million.

The property was bought by a local family.

The eight-bedroom home at 3-5 Sir Bruce Small Blvd is a Hamptons-inspired home.

It is set on a double block with 24m of water frontage.
