Twelve weeks after its listing, Sydney glamour couple Jennifer Hawkins and husband Jake Wall have sold their luxury North Curl Curl home.

Now under contract, the sale price is confidential, and the sale wasn't even tweeted since she has dropped off that social media forum.

Her agent, Steve Thomas at Belle Property was seeking $4 million plus.

It was listed in April without any official price indication. The typical time on market in North Curl Curl, according to RP Data, is 101 days.

Prior sales in the Windy Drop Down gated community have ranged from $2.7 million to $6.7 million over the past four years.

The couple have lived in the Molong Street home for the past three years since the built on a former tennis court block that cost $1.375 million in 2010.

Their next nearby Koichi Takada-designed home is complete.
