Located at 7 Teakle Place, the property was built in 1985.

The four bedroom brick house has a broad northern aspect to the rear with expansive vistas.

Informal living areas interact with the outdoors and includes an updated kitchen with Miele electric oven, Kleenmaid electric hot plates and Panasonic mirowave oven.

It was last sold in 1994 for $464,000 and was then refurbished in 2002.
