1930s Wahroonga trophy home sold for $3 million

Lexington, a Wahroonga family estate surrounded by 2,061 sqm of established gardens in the Upper North Shore of Sydney has been sold. 

It has been sold for $3.05 million by Suzie Stathakis of DiJones North Shore Wahroonga

The four bedroom, three bathroom home is situated at 42 Bundarra Avenue, Wahroonga.

Built in the 1930s, the full brick home comes with open family space, French provincial inspired kitchen, and paved alfresco. 

The home comes with include wood burning fireplace, lawns, pool, and double lock garage plus carport. 

The home is located in the Waitara Public school catchment.
