At Port Macquarie, NSW, some $2.3 million is being sought for Grantham, a historic 1892 built home.

It is on the market for only the fourth time, listed by the contractor David Bawden and his health worker wife Gaylene.

Grantham was built in 1892.

They are only the third owners in the property’s history having lived in the home for 30 years.

The couple extended and restored it in 1992 and it now has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, home theatre, lounge room with fireplace and a dining room.

Llocated on a hill, two kilometres from Port Macquarie CBD, Mark Carter of Ray White has the listing.
