Corralyn, one of Clovelly's finest Victorian Italianate homes has been listed for sale.

Built in 1890, Corralyn has maintained its classical grandeur with added contemporary fittings.

It has been owned by the Richardson family for over two decades after they paid $660,000 in 1996.

The landmark residence has only ever had two families in 90 years of ownership.

Set on a 445 sqm Arden Street parcel, the home with 120 year old reclaimed wooden floorboards has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study space and an 800 bottle wine cellar.

An 11 metre gas heated pool sits in the gardens.

Phillips Pantzer Donnelley agents Jason Pantzer and Charlie Beaumont are marketing the home for an October 28 auction for ad-man Nick Richardson and his wife Tracy.
