Matt Sinclair, runner-up on Masterchef in 2016, and wife Jess are selling in Noosa having upgraded nearby two years ago.

Their former TEWANTIN home, which has been a $540 a week rental since their move, cost the couple $428,000 in 2013.

They're now seeking $589,000 for the 1990s built home.

Set on 710 square metres adjacent to the Noosa Golf Course and the Harry Spring Conservation Park, the home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private alfresco area.

Hangloosa Property Noosa agents Chris Allen and Corinne Barrett have the listing.

When the couple upgraded in 2017 they stayed in the suburb, spending $599,000 on a three bed home.

The home is slightly less to travel to Sum Yung Guys, a restaurant Sinclair opened with three friends on Sunshine Beach.
