100-acre Alstonville Macadamia farm with homestead sold

A 96-acre macadamia farm with a four-bedroom home in Alstonville has been recently sold for $4 million.

The property was listed by Bill Johnston from McGrath Ballina.

Situated at 39 Grays Lane, the home features four bedrooms, open plan living/dining, kitchen with granite benches and fireplace.

The property comes with 10,000 trees with varying varieties, high tonnage yields, thick soil base coverage, complete machinery set up and processing equipment plus a 203 megalitre water licence. 

It's close to Alstonville and Ballina airport/beaches.
