Construction is now scheduled to commence in June at the 32-34 O’Connor Street site.

Located directly opposite the beach, the marketing advises it was an opportunity to capitalise on recently proposed height limit changes set to retain Tugun’s desired laidback village lifestyle.

The initial offerings included three bedroom beach houses and four bedroom half floors and two level penthouses.

The three bedroom beach houses are priced from&nbsp;$2.25 million and the four bedroom half floor apartments&nbsp;from $2,425,000. The penthouses have sold out.

It will have a rooftop pool, lounge and BBQ area for all residents. There are also private pools for four of the eight apartments.

The marketing by James Meridith and Nicole Riley at Olindah Property Group suggests there will be “low body corporate levies.” They are anticipated to be between $122 and $133 a week.
