The company incorporates two divisions, Lowe Living and Lowe Create, the first of which offers end-to-end development of medium-density residential apartments and townhouses.

This is inclusive of site acquisition, after-sales support, development management, preparation for sale, including marketing, as well as architectural advisory and ongoing optimisation during the build.

Lowe Create focuses on design and construction services across Melbourne, in particular, the Bayside area, in conjunction with residential developers with a focus on single and multiple-dwelling homes.

One of their latest developments is Sera Brighton, located at 736 Hampton Street Brighton, designed by Warren and Mahoney.
