OSK Property has revealed the luxury penthouses atop BLVD, the latest stage of its $3 billion Melbourne Square precinct in Southbank.

Civil construction starts on Golden Age's Wembley Hill townhouses in Box Hill South

OSK Property has appointed construction company Multiplex to deliver the next stage of their $3 billion Southbank precinct, Melbourne Square.

They're expecting to complete the building in Q1 2028.
