What the $475,500 median apartment price gets in Melbourne

After CoreLogic RP Data recently reported a median unit price of $475,500 in Melbourne, Property Observer went searching for what that got.

Vivid at 181 Ferris Street in South Melbourne has one and two-bedroom apartments for sale within the median price range (above). Construction is due to be completed in July 2018. 

New apartments have also been listed for sale at No1, Dockland’s newest waterfront building (below). A one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment there will set buyers back close to $500,000. 

 

Apartments in the Platinum building at 45 Clarke Street, Southbank (below) cost $485,000 for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. 

A new two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment has also been listed for sale between $460,000 and $490,000 at 1712/39 Coventry Street, Southbank (below). 

A one-bedroom and study apartment has been listed for sale at 501/15 Doepel Way in Docklands (below). The large waterfront apartment is located in the Aqui Promenade.
