Breen Property has announced that its Shearwater Landing residential estate at Greenhills Beach, has sold out.

The 13 hectare North Cronulla house and land development site in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire was marketed through Savills.

Tom Breen, executive chairman of Breen Property said that the site had been remediated, re-contoured and re-engineered to produce 160 large, environmentally sensitive, master-planned home sites, with 27 enjoying views over the Pacific Ocean.

Selling prices for the 160 home sites were from just under $1 million to $3.4 million per lot with the lots ranging in size from 550 sqm to over 1,000 sqm.

The beach front sites were all in excess of 785 sq m.

Savills director of residential projects, Nigel Napoli, said throughout the sales process there had been over 5,000 enquiries for the 160 home sites.

“From the fencing around the site being erected, to opening the doors of the display suite for the first time, buyers have been queueing up to secure their chosen home-site for their future dream home,” said Mr Napoli.

More than 90 percent of purchasers were local to the Shire.

“Most of the purchasers grew up in the area, and now that they have young families, they want to build their dream home, right by the beach, in the area they grew up in,” added Peter Coulton, Savills selling agent.
