Paper rules in the age of tech: CoreLogic RP Data

Australian real estate agents prefer not to dazzle vendors with the latest and greatest technology and instead rely on paper as the primary information communication tool.

According to a recent report conducted by CoreLogic RP Data "The 2015 Consumer Perceptions of Real Estate Agents", the average agent is slow to embrace technology even when it can help demonstrate their own personal market knowledge.

The report found only 17% used an iPad or video to share market information, and 12% received market information in an email.
