The international fashion retailer Zara will open its seventh store in Australia in Westfield Chatswood.

No date has yet been set for the opening of the store.

Chatswood will be the fourth Westfield mall to have a Zara store with outlets already at Westfield Doncaster, Westfield Sydney and Westfield Bondi Junction.

Zara, the Spanish-based retailer, also has stores on Bourke Street Mall in Melbourne’s CBD, in the Burnside Village in Adelaide and GPT’s Highpoint Shopping Centre in Maribyrnong.

The opening in June 2011 of Melbourne’s first Zara store in Bourke Street caused a shopping frenzy.
