The service station at 54 Ken Tubman Drive in Maitland opened circa 2006. The lease on it has been renewed for five years to 2021 with two further options for renewals.
It last sold for $795,000 in 2011.
Woolworths Caltex is a joint venture between Caltex Australia and Woolworths Limited with mor than 600 outlets.
The property is easy to manage as it is a single-tenant investment.
Its current rent is $76,110.90 p.a. plus GST.
The land area is 1546 sqm.
Maitland is a two-hour drive on the F3 north of Sydney. The property is close to the Maitland CBD and has good traffic exposure.
