Woolloomooloo's Frisco hotel on the market two years after makeover

The recently relaunched Frisco hotel has been brought to market by Manenti Quinlan.

The Frisco, located at 46 Dowling Street, Woolloomooloo is to be sold via Private Treaty.

It is situated in the hospitality precinct of Woolloomooloo, close to the Sydney’s CBD.

Nick Butler from Manenti Quinlan stated, “the current owners have overseen an extensive renovation, relaunching with modern improvements while paying due respect to its naval heritage."

The Hotel, which has 17 gaming machines, is set on 323 sqm and earns around $3.5 million a year in revenue a year across food, bar and gaming.

Set over two levels, the Frisco’s bar, food and function offerings range from rivate dining options for 10 people expand to function packages for up to 350.

The Frisco also holds six accommodation rooms located on the third floor.
