Wohr Parking Systems, a Melbourne-based mechanical contractor, has relocated from Mount Waverley to a new base in Dandenong South’s prestigious Logis Estate.

The company, which specialises in efficient vehicle storage solutions, has signed on to move into the 1,363 square metre property at 13 Crompton Way, Dandenong South.

CBRE’s Lachlan Ferguson and Steven Salopek from Knight Frank secured the four-year lease at an annual rental of $95 per square metre on behalf of the site’s long-term owner.

“We’re seeing an increase in tenants relocating from Melbourne’s eastern markets in search of functional buildings and affordable rents,” Mr Ferguson said.

“In this case, it is a move from Mount Waverley to Dandenong South, saving $35 per sqm for their ideal building.”

Dandenong South is 31 km south-east of Melbourne's central business district.
