Willach Pharmacy takes new Burwood lease‏

Distributor of mechanised medical dispenser units, Willach Pharmacy Solutions, has agreed terms on a new office and warehouse lease at Burwood in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs in a deal brokered by Savills Australia.

The Unit 11, 15-21 Huntingdale Road property comprises a 968 square metre office and warehouse including 600 square metres of warehouse space and 368 square metres of office space.

According to Savills associate director, Daniel Kelly, who brokered the deal the property was let on a four year term. The rental was not disclosed.

Mr Kelly said the tenant had simply outgrown its existing facility and was determined to stay within the tightly held Burwood area.

He said the tenant was also attracted by the property’s main road exposure.

The lessor was a private Melbourne investor.
