 Get the good oil from SQM Research's annual Boom & Bust report.

"As the table below reveals, SQM Research forecasts an acceleration of dwelling price, with Sydney dwelling prices forecast to rise 11 percent to 16 percent for the 2017 calendar year," the report states.

"The capital city average forecast is for dwelling prices to rise 6 percent to 10 percent."
