A 1960s 204 room hotel in Western Australia  has been listed for sale through CBRE and Burgess Rawson.

The Newman Hotel Motel has been substantially upgraded and currently turns over $1.2 million per month.

The property is being offered for sale by Offers to Purchase closing at 5pm Thursday 3rd September at the offices of CBRE and Burgess Rawson, Perth.
