Warehouse in Brisbane's Hemmant sells for $1.2 million

A freestanding warehouse at Hemmant in the Australia TradeCoast precinct in Brisbane’s east sold for $1.2 million.

The 1327 Lytton Road property was bought by a local investor for a yield of 7.5%.

The vendor is leasing back the property for the next 12 months as he would be building a new facility in the TradeCoast precinct, said Ray White Industrial Milton principal Stephen Ferguson.

The tilt panel building offers a net lettable area of 590 square metres and is on a land area of 819 square metres.

“The property is securely fenced and gated and enjoys excellent exposure to Lytton Rd with huge signage possibilities,” Ferguson said.

The site has on-site parking as well as seven exclusive car spaces.
