Two older manufacturing facilities positioned in the Campsie Industrial precinct have sold at auction for $4.025 million.

Knight Frank held the listing for 16-18 Harp Street, Campsie located 12.9 km from the Sydney CBD. 

Set on 2,755 sqm of IN2 zoned land, positioned in the tightly held Campsie Industrial precinct and 

The listing said that this asset is well suited for a "wide variety of occupiers or investors seeking a significant value-ad opportunity."

Both warehouses are functional with clearances up to 9.5m.

Warehouse A is 441.9 sqm and Warehouse B 898.35 sqm plus an additional mezzanine.

Both warehouses are currently tenanted on monthly holdover.
