Trophy Chapel Street shopping outlet sold for $14.9 million

A trophy shopping outlet in Melbourne's Windsor has been sold under the hammer for $14,960,000.

Conways Corner at 125-131 Chapel St, Windsor was sold to a private investor.

There were four bidders at the auction held by Hockingstuart Commercial agent Charles Carty.

The corner freehold premises has eight secure tenants, including Mad Mex, Basilico Restaurant, Yoga Australia and Reymond Communications.

It is expected that the property will return a yield of five percent with the current rental income being $556,096 per annum.
