The Tootgarook house of House Rules contestants Claire and Hagan passed in at recent auction for $580,000.

Their home hair salon studio at 15 Guest Street is close to sale.

The Mornington Peninsula house was renovated on reality TV by the House Rules runners-up Claire and Hagan Rice.

The house features a shopfront from which Claire runs a hair salon.

The recently married couple hoped to upsize.

They’ve bought a bigger salon in Blairgowrie, at which Hagan plans to open a coffee window that also serves raw food.

Listing agent Anastasia Howard, director of O’Brien Real Estate Rye, said the house would suit buyers who worked from home.

House Rules will return to Channel 7 this year.
