A Toorak Village retail property boasting a double height shopfront façade has sold for $1.848 million.

Fitzroys agents Michael Ryan and Charles Emmett undertook auction campaign and noted a significant amount of local and offshore interest.

“The well-attended auction saw two bidders competing, with the property ultimately sold to an offshore investor,” said Ryan.

The 462 Toorak Road property including 123 square metres of building area and is northfacing. It is zoned Commercial 1 and was offered subject to a seven year lease with a further seven year term to Higgovale Fashion Distribution, and Christensen Copenhagen.

It returns $103,415.50 per annum plus GST.
