The 2016 AHANSW Hotel of the Year – Country, the Sunken Monkey Hotel at Erina on the Central Coast remains listed for sale for $13.5 million.

Knight Frank has the Entrance Road listing which is located on a major arterial road to Gosford.

It sits on 3,700 square metres, one of the Central Coast’s most recognisable pubs.

Formerly the Woodport Inn, the pub has undergone some major renovations in the past year.

It is being offered by David Roy who said that it was the right time to sell, since "we renovate, sell and move on."

It has experienced 22 EGM’s consistent growth.

The hotel has a 24-hour licence, Pub TAB, Keno and onsite parking.
