Templestowe homes top REIV quarterly median price growth list
Templestowe has the highest house quarterly median price growth in Victoria, according to the REIV.
In the March quarter Templestowe's housing price has grown by 17 percent.
This is followed by Mount Eliza with 15.5 percent and Cranbourne North with 14.90 percent.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 44 Unwin Street, Templestowe (below) has been listed for between $1.68 million to $1.75 million.
A four bedroom house at 254 Serpelis Road, Templestowe (below) was sold recently in April for $1.505 million.
Similarly a five bedroom house at 26 Bali Hi Boulevard, Templestowe (below) was sold recently in April for $1.51 million.
In January this year Property Observer reported Melbourne's housing median rose to $750,000.
