Telstra has secured a 300sqm retail space for a new Telstra Business Centre in North Sydney.

The telecommunications provider will open its store at Shop 1, 53 Berry Street for an initial gross rent of $1,435 per square metre +GST.

CBRE’s Amy Pfeiffer and Leif Olson negotiated the five-year lease, with an additional five-year option.

The ground floor, corner retail space has a 28-metre floor-to-ceiling glass frontage that faces both Miller and Berry Street.

“The main drawcard for the tenant was the incredible amount of exposure the site has to not only foot traffic and vehicles, but also the upcoming Victoria Cross Metro Station,” Ms Pfeiffer said.
