Sydney Olympic Park Authority looking to lease space to a supermarket

Sydney Olympic Park Authority is seeking to lease 1,500sqm retail floor space which is suitable for a supermarket.

Situated within the new Pavilions by Mirvac development at 2 Figtree Drive, the site is currently under development.

It will deliver a total of 705 apartments across four residential buildings with frontage onto Australia Avenue.

Sydney Olympic Park currently has a community of over 10 million visitors, 19,000 workers and 3,000 residents, which is set to increase as an additional 2,000 apartments are expected to be delivered over the next five years.

Future growth as outlined in the Sydney Olympic Park Master Plan 2030 will see a daily community of 23,500 residents and 34,000 workers.

The open tender seeks a tenant to occupy the premises for a minimum fifteen years.

The tender closes on 31 July 2018.
