The Crown Street, Surry Hills home of MV Bistro & Wine Bar has been listed for sale.

The property at 397 Crown Street is part of the busy strip of restaurants and bars next to the Surry Hills Library.

The likes of Mamasan, Messina and The White Horse are on the same row of terraces.

The two level wine bar is on a new 5+5 year lease paying $135,000 per annum.

Knight Frank agents Anthony Pirrottina and Demi Carigliano have a July 4 auction.

The property last traded for $1.9 million in 2013. It dates back to the 1840s when it was a stonemasonry workshop

The wine bar was rebranded from Mille Vini (Italian for 'a thousand wines'), to MV Bistro & Wine Bar in 2017 when the business was bought by Rhaad Fogerty and Aaron Le Saux.

MV Bistro & Wine Bar won the Daily Telegraph's Best of Crown Street award for 2019.
