A 1012 square metre Surfers Paradise development has been listed for sale.

The property at 9-11 Thornton Street has been DA approved for either a beach hotel or a 30 storey apartment with 81 apartments.

It is close to the Northcliffe light rail, as well as being only 50 metres to the beach.

It will have ocean and beach views.

Colliers International agents Geoff Lamb and Darrell Irwin are offering the property.
