Storage unit in Sydney changes hands for $155,000

A storage unit with vacant possession in Sydney’s Alexandria has just sold for $155,000.

Last traded for $89,375, Bourkeside Storage at 48/53 Bourke Road is a secure two-level storage unit.

Suited for business use, it is part of a building and has 24/7 access by security card.

The floor area is 25 sqm.

The deal was brokered by Jim Iverach of JS Iverach Real Estate.

Storage units at Bourkeside Storage have been selling for around the $130,000 mark, while the biggest sale came in 2015 when a unit sold for $240,000.
