Storage and racking specialist Meca has secured a new office/warehouse in Melbourne's Derrimut for $3.6 million to accommodate its expanding operations.

The 3,620 sqm property at 49 Calarco Drive comprises a brand new office warehouse with exposure backing onto the Western Highway.

The building has a two-level office and high clearance warehouse accessed by multiple on grade doors and a recessed loading dock.

CBRE’s Harry Kalaitzis and Todd Grima negotiated the sale on behalf of a private vendor.
