A site earning more than $300,000 in Sydney's St Peters with potential for apartments and commercial uses was recently sold through Taylor Nicholas. The price was not disclosed.

Zoned B7 business park, the 2-22 Hutchinson St & 27-33 Applebee St, St Peters, NSW 2044 has a land area of 2623 sqm.

It has two street frontages and seven factories and the current income is $314,511.49 pa.

Located within St Peters Triangle Precinct 25, the site is close to St Peters station and shops. 

Pre-development approval plans have been lodged for two buildings of three and five storeys, subject to council approval.

There is a potential for five commercial units, four home offices and 46 apartments in a mix of one, two and three bedrooms.

The selling agent was Nick Spasevski.
