Scone's Westpac branch building has sold under the hammer for $730,000.

The building at 170-172 Kelly Street in the Scone town centre has been occupied by Westpac for over 15 years.

They currently have a lease until 2022, with options to 2032.

The property, with 430 sqm of NLA and a 22 metre retail frontage, sold with a net income of $48,000 per annum.

It last traded in 2015 when it sold for $582,000, slow growth from its $550,000 sale 10 years earlier.

Kieran Bourke and Beau Coulter, from Burgess Rawson Melbourne, secured the sale.
