Rick Hart lists Osborne Park retail space

The retail space that previously hosted the Rick Hart and Harvey Norman stores has been listed by the former Fremantle president.

The Guthrie Street, Osborne Park space north-west of the Perth CBD is being advertised as the previously the home of one of Perth's most successful retail businesses.

It comprises a near 600 square metres ground floor showroom and a 210 square metres first level office.

Hart paid $750,000 in 2001.

WA Commercial Real Estate agent Daniel Sanzone is asking for $1.75 million.

Hart is also selling his Coolbinia home north of Perth, asking $2,895,000. He's also listed a renovated East Perth riverfront apartment.

Hart began retail trading in electrical appliances in 1975 and was the Dockers president until 2009.
