Richardson & Wrench Castlecrag takes top two spots on RP Data's top 10 weekly sales

 A freestanding Middle Harbour strata-title duplex residence took the top spot on this week's RP Data top 10 sales list.

It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

It comes with inclinator access to its shared waterfront facilities, the boatshed, jetty and pontoon with two mooring poles.

It was sold by Pamela Downie and Chris Downie at Richardson & Wrench Castlecrag, whose colleague Mark O'Brien took second place with a Castlecrag house sale.

4. 33A Osborne Road, Manly, NSW, 2095, four-bedroom house, sold at auction on October 13 by McGrath Estate Agents Mosman for $2.2 million

5. 40 Taloombi Street, Cronulla, NSW, 2230, three-bedroom house, sold prior to auction on October 13 by Gibson Partners Real Estate for $1.7 million

6. 24 Middlesex Road, Surrey Hills, VIC, 3127, five-bedroom house, sold at auction on October 13 by Fletchers Real Estate Canterbury for $1.66 million

7. 218 Albert Road, Strathfield, NSW, 2135, five-bedroom house, sold at auction on October 13 by Devine Real Estate Strathfield for $1.582 million

8. 2 Wingate Avenue, Eastwood, NSW, 2122, four-bedroom house, sold prior to auction on October 12 by First National Epping Central for $1.552 million

9. 52 Austin Street, Lane Cove, NSW, 2066, four-bedroom house, sold at auction on October 13 by McGrath Estate Agents for $1.52 million

10. 22 Highgate Grove, Ashburton, VIC, 3147, four-bedroom house, sold at auction on October 13 by Kay & Burton Real Estate South Yarra for $1.417 million
