The new store aims to deliver an interactive experience and was designed by the interior and architecture firm Mim Design.

It will feature an array of products from more than 50 mid-range to luxury brands, including Sub Zero and Wolf, Neff, Bosch, Miele,Fisher & Paykel, Asko, VZUG, Astra Walker, Duravit, Kohler, Gessi, Brodware, Victoria & Albertlleroy & Boch and SMEG.

Rob and Mike Sinclair, e&s second generation owners, opened the store in December.

The 3039 square metre retail space has employed a team of 20.

“Launching an e&s in one of Melbourne’s fastest growing suburbs just made sense,” Rob says.

He added it was fitted with an expansive demonstrative kitchen catering for workshops and events, along with a cafe for "pondering purchasers".
