Quincy, the designer shoe store in Woollahra, is leaving its Woollahra Queen Street premises after nearly a decade.

They've been located at 76 Queen Street since 2010.

At the time, Quincy owner Kate McDiven told the Sydney Morning Herald that the street appealed because of its beauty and friendliness.

The commercial space with a current modern retail fitout includes, mirrors, floor to ceilign storage cupboards and white timber floors.

There's a kitchen and toilet at the back of the space, with rear lane access on the 125 sqm parcel.

Farquharsons Exec Rentals Double Bay agent Alana Sorensen is marketing the property.
