The latest Quest Serviced Apartments has been opened at Woolloongabba, one of Brisbane’s largest business hubs outside of the CBD.

Quest chief Zed Sanjana said continued expansion in Queensland was a "priority" for the serviced apartment operator.

The Quest Woolloongabba at 130 Logan Road has 132 studio, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments.

It is among the new Quest properties to open this financial year including serviced apartments scheduled for Townsville, Kelvin Grove and Chermside.

Nights start at $184.

Quest’s properties are owned and operated by franchisees, in this case, Simon and Kylee Russell.

The property was previously the Joe David used Ford car yard.
