Queensland House, London offices set for sale by Queensland government

Queensland House, a six-storey building on The Strand in central London, has been listed for sale by the Queensland government.

It is the office of the Queensland Agent General Ken Smith and his staff.

News Ltd papers suggest property agents tip up to $38 million for the 1980s office building.

393 The Strand, which has retail premises, was reportedly purchased by the state for about $4 million.
