Pyrmont site sold for $22.4 million

A Pyrmont site has been sold for $22.4 million with potential for development into approximately 50 residential apartments.

Government Property NSW has sold the 1,846sqm site at 108 Miller Street, Pyrmont to real estate developer, Thirdi Group.

Savills selling agent Stuart Cox said this site combined a remarkable location with exceptional potential for luxury residential apartments which attracted a multitude of enquiries from local and international developers.

“With a current median unit price of $950,000 in Pyrmont and the preference for inner city apartment living prices are expected to achieve over $18,000/sq m of NSA,” he said.
