Prime Sydney Harbour restaurant site up for lease

Prime Sydney harbourside retail space becomes available in July with the former site of restauranteur 'Peter Doyle's at the Quay' offered up for lease by tender. 

Situated within the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay at Tenancy 5, under the existing Quay restaurant, the lease includes 1,000 sqm of internal space and 400 sqm of external dining.

Manager of Colliers Retail Leasing, Matt Hudson, said demand is expected to be strong.

"We’ve already spoken to several well-known restaurateurs and other retailers who have shown interest in this location,” Mr Hudson said.
